Understanding the credit system
Overview
ZenNow uses a credit system to manage AI feature usage. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features like chat and script refinement.
Credit Consumption

Credit Allowances by Plan

Credit Packages
If you need more credits, you can purchase additional credit packages:

Purchased credits do not expire and are added to your balance immediately.
Checking Your Balance
You can view your current credit balance:
- In the AI Chat panel header (shows remaining credits)
- In Settings > Credits on the dashboard
Insufficient Credits
When you run out of credits:
- AI features will show an "Insufficient credits" message
- You can purchase a credit package to continue
- Or upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly credits
Tips to Use Credits Wisely
- Plan your prompts -- think about what you want before sending to the AI
- Use follow-up messages -- refine in conversation rather than starting over
- Draft first, refine later -- write your script manually, then use AI refinement only on key sections
