What is ZenNow?

ZenNow is an AI-powered knowledge creation workspace that combines a canvas editor, script editor, and recording studio. It helps content creators turn ideas into polished video presentations.

Do I need to install anything?

No. ZenNow runs entirely in your web browser. No downloads or installations are required.

Which browsers are supported?

Chrome, Edge, and Firefox are fully supported. Safari has limited support for recording features. See System Requirements for details.

Account & Billing

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes 3 projects, 50 AI credits per month, basic templates, and 720p export resolution. You can create unlimited recordings.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel at any time from Settings > Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Do purchased credits expire?

No. Credits purchased through credit packages never expire. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Editor & Features

Can I use ZenNow on my phone?

The dashboard and project viewer work on mobile devices. However, the full editor requires a desktop browser for the best experience.

Are my recordings stored in the cloud?

No. All recordings happen locally in your browser. Videos are never uploaded to our servers. You download them directly to your device.

What video format are recordings saved in?

Recordings are saved in WebM format, which is supported by most video editing software and social media platforms.

Can I collaborate in real-time?

Currently, ZenNow supports read-only project sharing via links. Real-time collaboration is planned for a future release.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your projects and data are retained even after cancellation. You can still access them with free plan limitations. You can export your projects at any time.

AI Features

What AI models does ZenNow use?

ZenNow supports OpenAI (GPT-4o) and DeepSeek models. The active model is configured by the platform.

Why was my AI request rejected?

This usually means you have run out of credits. Check your balance in Settings > Credits and purchase a credit package if needed.

Can the AI generate images?

Currently, the AI generates text-based content (scripts and canvas element suggestions). Image generation may be added in future updates.
